TICKR Heart Rate Monitor is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 277.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from strap not as good as old one! I have owned a tickr monitor for almost two years. I have encouraged others to also purchase because it was so easy to use with the apple watch. I recently purchased a new strap for my daughter. There are no problems with it connecting and working. The problem is the strap. It is different from my old one - I assume it should be an improvement. But it is constantly popping off. The snaps do not hold it together sufficiently. I am a small person so I know I am not putting a lot of stress on the strap. And I know I am not the only one having this issue. I recommended the tickr to my workout instructor and she has trouble keeping her strap on also!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product - but will only last 2 years This is a great heart rate monitor. However, this is the third one I have purchased and all of them appear to die after nearly exactly two years. As soon as you need to replace the battery, it never works the same again. Disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings I have been using the heart rate monitor for about a month now and I have found a few annoyances. 1. The snaps don't work that great. I have had the snap come undone many times while exercising. Twice while riding a bike. Usually happens while stretching or adjusting the strap. 2. The strap tends to slide downwards. I have to keep the strap really tight to keep it from moving down while running. Some silicon grippers on the strap would fix that. 3. Bluetooth connection issues. Sometimes the sensor won't connect to my phone. Seems to happen when I'm at the gym around treadmills, bikes, etc.... Not sure if it's an interference issue or not. Other than those issues, the monitor has worked great. It's accurate and the battery life has been great so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use My Garmin heart rate monitor died and my running buddy suggested the Wahoo. I love how easy it was to setup and use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sensors separate from strap I have bought two TICKR heart rate monitors from Wahoo (one for myself and one for my wife). The devices work great with iPhone through both Endomondo and Strava. The strap was comfortable and stayed in place well for my uses (mainly cycling). The one problem I ran into was that sensors become easily unglued from the fabric strap. This has happened with both of our straps. My strap lasted a few months before it separated; however, my wife's strap began to separate immediately. Strap sensor separation does not appear to be under warranty with Wahoo. If you are in the United States, purchasing replacement straps may be an option. Unfortunately, shipping costs to Canada through Wahoo are prohibitive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Strap Poorly Constructed I have bought two TICKR heart rate monitors from Wahoo (one for myself and one for my wife). The devices work great with iPhone through both Endomondo and Strava. The strap was comfortable and stayed in place well for my uses (mainly cycling). The one problem I ran into was that sensors become easily unglued from the fabric strap. This has happened with both of our straps. My strap lasted a few months before; however, my wife's strap began to separate immediately. Strap seperation does not appear to be covered by warrenty through Wahoo. If you are in the United States, purchasing replacement straps may be an option (one per season?). Unfortunately, shipping costs to Canada are prohibitive for such a small item.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Chest strap feels insecure The front snap buttons on the chest strap feel insecure and I have a this strap put off many times while I was lifting weights. I would prefer a chest strap the feels more secure while working out. There are some connectivity issues with my Apple Watch as well.
