Payroll/AP Manager

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager to help process Domestic and International payroll, execute accounting functions including processing Vendor bills and payments.

Customer Service Representative

    In this role, you will:

  • Resolve issues by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Use a variety of systems to respond to customer requests and resolve issues
  • Explain the differences between various products for pre-sale customer inquiries
  • Test returns to collect and analyze customer feedback/issues.
  • Provide feedback of product issues for ongoing analysis and partner with developers to resolve issues

The ideal candidate has a passion for developing consumer-centric strategies and commercial experiences across digital channels. Sales Support Specialist

Product Owner, Wahoo SUF Training App

Department: Engineering

Working within our Product Management team, this role is primarily responsible for helping define and implement features for the Wahoo SUF Training App. Our goal is to provide the world’s best training app for endurance athletes.

    Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Working with a team of specialists from across the business, help define a vision for specific features in our training app.
  • After prioritizing capabilities based on business and consumer value, translate that vision into specific user stories and detailed requirements for our app.
  • Working with our design and engineering teams, as well as other product owners, to bring those capabilities to life.
  • Continually managing the build and deployment of new capabilities in the Wahoo SUF Training app.
  • Coordinating with other hardware and software product managers to ensure a cohesive user experience across the entire Wahoo ecosystem.
  • Arranging frequent early-stage user testing to validate concepts and then monitor consumer adoption and feedback to continually refine and improve the customer experience.

    Requirements for this role:

  • Thorough understanding of endurance sports, ie… cycling, triathlon, and/or running.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment.
  • A track record of bringing new software concepts to market that meet customer needs.

Wahoo Fitness/RENOVA KICKR BIKE Repair Technician

Department: Customer Service/Rework

The KICKR BIKE Repair Technician will provide world-class technical repair service to Wahoo’s line of training products with an emphasis on KICKR BIKE. Based in Norcross RENOVA Technology corporate offices, with additional travel to Atlanta Wahoo office and warehouse locations. May include limited travel.

    Description:

  • Technical expert on Wahoo products: providing top level service on Wahoo Trainer Products
  • Determining the cause of product returns and determine the best approach to resolve any issues.
  • Refurbish returned products in a timely manner according to specific specifications. Use a variety of systems to respond to customer requests and resolve issues.
